Hi Managers,
I know I am no one to give advice as I am in the same boat as you all but even then I am juz jotting down some points from my experience n research which may be useful for all of us.

- For All engineers: Try to read about economics and accounting as much as you can. For this you can start with reading 11th and 12th std books of accounting. For other general books 'Ten Day MBA' is a good start.
- For All Non-Engineers: Try to have decent knowledge of computers,if not already have. Mathematics is a subject which will always help you in doing business courses. So don't afraid of maths. start loving it.
- Do prep urself for sleepless nights for next couple of years.
